SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Full Time Hourly
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for all facets of our retail store operations including opening and closing the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this individually will need to be self-motivated, have the desire to make an impact on store profitability, and be willing to work in a very fast-paced environment.
We are looking for individuals with previous retail management experience. The successful candidate will have leadership experience in most of the following areas: Customer Service, Personnel, Merchandising, Cash Office Management, Shipping/Receiving, Store Maintenance/Cleaning, Sales Strategy, and Inventory Control.
Additional qualifications that would be a plus are: Technical Computer Knowledge, Graphic Design and Website Maintenance, POS System Expertise, and Forklift Operation.
Must have the availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Also requires the ability to stand for long periods of up to five hours, and also to lift up to fifty pounds.
College degree preferred, but will consider real-world experience.
